Booking requests
Website and WhatsApp submissions are requests subject to review and confirmation. An automated form message is not a confirmed pickup.
Pickup and delivery
Free pickup and delivery are offered only where the team confirms coverage and a suitable schedule. Preferred dates and slots are requests, not guaranteed appointments.
Garment count
Online quantities are estimates. The final count should be checked with the customer at collection and differences discussed before proceeding.
Garment suitability
Mention delicate fabrics, prints, embellishments or special concerns. The team may inspect an item before confirming the ironing method.
Valuables and status
Please empty pockets. Order status updates are communicated by the team; live tracking is not available on this static website.
